After returning home, patients may receive a call from an individual asking about the care delivered at WakeMed. This call is placed by a company hired by WakeMed to conduct patient satisfaction surveys. We encourage our patients and their family members to openly share comments and compliments about the staff, care and services they received at WakeMed. Knowing what we have done well and where we have opportunities for improvement helps us deliver the finest healthcare possible to each and every patient.
