Children's Endocrinology Program

We will see patients referred on a routine or emergency basis in the Children's Endocrinology Clinic at the WakeMed Children's Diabetes and Endocrinology Center.  We also provide inpatient consultation for patients admitted to WakeMed Raleigh Campus Children's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, pediatric intensive care unit, and pediatric inpatient service.

Patients new to the clinic click here for the endocrinology clinic assessment form and click here for the endocrinology clinic registration form.  Please complete these and bring them to your initial clinic visit or fax them to  prior to your clinic visit.  If your child's endocrine problem is not new, you will need to request medical records from your previous endocrinology care provider.

Records may be sent to:  WakeMed Children's Endocrinology & Diabetes Center, 2610 New Bern Avenue, Raleigh, NC  27610 or faxed to (919) 231-0314.  If you have questions about the Children's Endocrinology clinic, please contact us at (919) 350-7584.
