Prenatal Exercise and Fitness
Exercise is important for your changing body during pregnancy and beyond. The classes listed below, all led by certified instructors, will meet all of your fitness needs. Permission from your doctor or midwife is required prior to participating in any of the prenatal programs.

Healthy Moms Prenatal Classes
- AquaMoms is a low impact aquatics workout for water enthusiasts.
- Total Body Conditioning for Expectant Moms is the ultimate head to toe workout to help you prepare for the "main event." This program has components of strength training, cardiovascular workout and stretching.
- Prenatal Yoga teaches safe postures that help with common discomforts of a changing body.
