Exercise & Fitness Classes

Staying healthy and fit before, during and after pregnancy can help ensure a healthy baby and healthy mom. Take advantage of our fitness resources to help achieve a healthy pregnancy, healthy baby (or babies) and to be a healthy mom.

Baby Body Yoga
Yoga will help mom connect with her changing body through movement, mindfulness and breathing techniques. Finding strength, flexibility and balance is important for mom before and after baby. Classes incorporate strengthening, stretching, balance work and relaxation.  $15 per session 

Baby Body Fitness
This workout will help increase mom's stamina, strength and endurance, needed before and after giving birth. Classes will incorporate cardio, strength training, stretching and relaxation. $15 per session
