YogaFit® Prenatal Yoga
Strength, conditioning, and flexibility will be enhanced while the common aches and pains of pregnancy may be alleviated through this prenatal yoga class. Focus will be on mother-baby bonding through breath work and movement. It will boost circulation, digestive processes and overall health. 4- week series - $65 /series

Totally Fit for Moms to Be
This total body workout will increase stamina, strength, and endurance. Classes begin with 20 minutes of cardio, followed by 20 minutes of strength training, and end with 20 minutes of stretching and relaxation. 4- week series - $65 series
