 WakeMed Nursing Progress Report
WakeMed nurses continue to build on the quality of care and service they provide to patients and families.
Some of our current progress and successes include:
- Decreased wait times in WakeMed EDs
- Dynamic shared decision-making structure
- A Rounding Nurse Program that decreases transfers to ICUs
- 30% of WakeMed nurses are specialty certified
