Medical Staff

Our physicians represent nearly every medical and surgical specialty, with 90+% being either Board certified or Board eligible.

Since WakeMed is the largest off-site teaching program for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine, many of our physicians hold faculty positions at the School of Medicine. This affiliation allows us to attract physicians from the finest training programs around the country with expertise in every aspect of modern medicine.
