With MyCare 365, WakeMed brings a new model of care to the Wake Forest community, designed to deliver both primary care and urgent care, every day of the year, on a walk-in basis.
The physician-led team of clinicians at MyCare 365 offer convenient access for routine care and non-emergency injuries and illnesses in person, from home via telemedicine or while you travel.

MyCare 365 Offers:
- Access to care 7 days a week, 365 days a year
- Online appointments and access to your medical records through WakeMed MyChart
- Same-day and walk-in appointments for primary and urgent care
- Online wait times and reserve your spot
- Walk-in DOT physicals and Pre-employment physicals
- Prescription refills
- Onsite lab and imaging
- Travel medicine – access to your family doctor while traveling
- Primary care co-pay for urgent care services
- COVID-19 Testing for symptomatic and asymptomatic patients with a known exposure
