Patient Parking
Patients are invited to park in our spacious parking lot conveniently located right in front of the building. Additional parking is available in the parking garage.
Information Desk
Upon entering the facility, greeters are seated at the information desk to help direct you and answer any general questions you may have.
Due to COVID-19 safety precautions, you will be required to wear a mask. All visitors will also be screened for possible COVID-19 symptoms.
Visitors
You may bring up to two visitors ages 18 and over with you to your appointment. Breastfeeding mothers may bring their nursing babies to their appointments.
Daily Dose Coffee and More
Enjoy an assortment of coffees, teas, juices and snacks at the Daily Dose located on the First Floor of the Medical Park. Hours of operation are from 8 am to 3 pm.

Pick your favorite items from The Bistro! Online ordering is available Monday – Friday, 7:10 to 11 am and 12:10 to 2:15 pm
Vending Machines
A 24-hour vending area is located on the First Floor.
Interpreters
Language interpreters are available 24 hours a day and can be accessed through the patient's nurse.
Wireless Internet Access
Free wireless Internet access is available to all WakeMed Medical Park of Cary patients and visitors. We are pleased to offer this service but cannot provide computers or technical support.
