Instructions
- Separate specimens must be submitted when multiple tests are ordered, with the exception of CALPR / Calprotectin, Feces. If only a single specimen is collected, it must be split prior to transport to Mayo.
- Single samples may be submitted by the patient. Please place any additional test labels on the cup or in the bag with the specimen. The specimen can be separated upon receipt at the Raleigh Reference lab.
- Testing cannot be added on to a previously collected specimen once submitted to Mayo.
