Imaging - North Hospital

WakeMed North Hospital is a designated ACR Accredited Diagnostic Center and ACR Accredited Breast Center of Excellence. 

WakeMed North Hospital accepts walk-in patients for screening mammograms, routine X-rays (physician’s order required), and bone density screenings (physician’s order required). Please bring your insurance information with you. Additional imaging services are offered at this location and appointments are readily available. Please note that for those services, a physician’s order is required and must be sent over prior to or at the time of scheduling.

• CT Scan
• Digital X-ray
• Digital Screening & Diagnostic Mammography (Including 3D Mammography)
• Breast Biopsy to include Stereotactic
• Ultrasound
• Fluoroscopy
• MRI
• Children’s Imaging Services
• CV Testing - echocardiograms, stress echocardiograms, TEE, venous and arterial doppler studies and carotids. Available Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
