WakeMed Employee Pharmacy

Any employee can transfer their prescriptions to our Employee Pharmacy (with pickup at the Outpatient Pharmacy – Raleigh Campus) by completing our Transfer Prescription Order Form. Employees can also elect to have their prescriptions sent off site for pick-up either at the Cary Pharmacy*, North Hospital Pharmacy, to their WakeMed office via courier or through mail delivery. Any employees who would like to use payroll deduction for payment will be able to do so after completing the Off Site Payroll Deduction Authorization Form, and faxing it to the Employee Pharmacy at 919-350-7007.

*Please note: Starting on March 1, 2021, all prescriptions currently picked up at the Cary Inpatient Pharmacy will be transferred to the Cary Outpatient Pharmacy – Medical Park of Cary located at 210 Ashville Ave, Cary 27518. Starting March 1, 2021, prescription pickup at the Inpatient Pharmacy at Cary Hospital will not be available.
