The complete feel of the facility, easy access, floor layout,directional signage was spot on, fountains and restrooms , clean and well located.
Dr Lyons is always an excellent Dr. He has got rid of kidney stones twice for me and will be doing so a 3rd time as he found another stone- size 7. When it starts moving and that pain starts I will be contacting Dr Lyons. He is very professional,caring, and detailed.

What an incredible experience. Test results are typically same day (within hours). The staff are not only professional but respectful and friendly. Dr Lyons is excellent. I feel like he really listens to me and shows concern AND doesn't rush through the appointment like most. I understand Medicare or other insurance companies limit the time they pay for but the result is patients feeling rushed. Not so with Dr Lyons. His focus is on his patients. Can't recommend Dr Lyons enough! Outstanding.

I've never felt rushed and feel he truly listens to my concerns and questions. The office staff and his nursing staff were friendly, professional, and help contribute to a positive experience each visit. The testing results are usually provided before I even leave my appointment. I'd most highly recommend Dr. Lyons as the Urologist to schedule with for any urinary issues or concerns.

It was so refreshing to not get the standard RUSHED visit that seems to be prevalent in the medical environment in the past few years. I get the impression that Medicare may be placing a 15 minute limit on time spent for each visit. With most, you get your "15 minutes of fame" to spiel out any/all issues, get responses, and ask questions before they're prescribing a new medication (which may or may not have been checked against your existing meds for interaction) and are out the door to the next patient. As visits are typically 6 months to a year apart, that's never enough time to REALLY discuss your health changes and needs. Dr. Lyon spends whatever time is needed. I feel I'm in good hands with someone who actually cares.
