WakeMed Named One of America's Greatest Workplaces for Diversity
December 12, 2024RALEIGH, N.C. (December 12, 2024) – WakeMed has been named as one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity for 2025. In a ranking released today by Newsweek, this list identifies employers across the country that are dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion—as determined by 339,000 individual company reviews from employees.
Honorees represent a broad range of industries, from financial services to healthcare.
To create the ranking, Newsweek partnered with Plant-A Insights to compile the list using publicly available data, interviews with HR professionals and an anonymous online survey of a diverse pool of employees at companies with 1,000 or more employees.
This marks the third year straight that WakeMed has made Newsweek’s list.
