The 82,000-square-foot building, located at 1030 Siena Dr. in the heart of the vibrant Wake Forest community, offers patients convenient access to a team of WakeMed specialists and numerous practices and services including:
- General Surgery
- Heart & Vascular – Cardiology
- Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Outpatient Lab
- Wake Orthopaedics & Wake Ortho Physical Therapy
- Adult & Pediatric Primary Care
- Adult & Pediatric Urology
The health system has made a significant investment in the northern Wake County. Alongside the new Medical Park, WakeMed has recently opened a WakeMed MyCare 365 location in Wake Forest, and WakeMed North Hospital (just a few minutes down the road) is growing rapidly in capability and capacity—all to keep up with the demand of this growing community. WakeMed alone employes nearly 600 people who live in the Wake Forest area.
“Our goal is to keep people closer to home when and where they need us,” said Seth Brody, MD, MPH, WakeMed EVP & Chief Executive Physician. “We look forward to bringing exceptional care and services that will benefit patients and families for years to come.”
On November 14, WakeMed held an official ribbon cutting for the Wake Forest Medical Park. WakeMed staff and leadership, including WakeMed President & CEO Donald Gintzig, joined Wake Forest Mayor Vivian Jones and other town and local officials, alongside the Wake Forest Chamber of Commerce and the Wake Forest Business & Industry Partnership, to discuss what this new care space means for residents of Wake Forest, northern Wake County and beyond.
