The front desk is always polite, helpful and prompt. I believe the lady’s name is Glenda who checks me in from the front desk. She is extremely kind. Dr Marycz’s staff members are always nice and helpful Dr Marycz is a delightful professional. He is caring and understanding. Very easy to communicate with and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. The PA Mr [ ] is excellent as well. He is wonderful at what he does. I was a patient with Duke Cardiology in Raleigh NC. Their service could not compare to Dr. Marycz and my relationship with WakeMed Cardiology. I’d rate 20 stars if possible. I appreciate everything they have done for me!

Dr Marycz’ communication skills were excellent: active listening, reflective listening, empathy, and he explained all aspects of my case thoroughly with no jargon. Wish my 89 yo mother in a different area of the country had a cardiologist with this skill set.

Glenda really put me at ease about the stress test over which I was overly stressed. Her encouragement and praise for the techs doing the test relieved my anxiety and helped me to relax. She is always very pleasant and I love having her greet me each time I go in.
Dr Marczyk reviewed my history and previous test results. Asked pertinent questions re: my diabetes and overall health this past yr. He was pleased to know I f/u with my PCP. I will see him next yr or contact him sooner if there is any change.
