Wonderful friendly staff that assisted Dr. Calloway. From checking in to leaving, smiles and empathy were evident. It’s nice to see friendly faces when you need help. Dr Calloway was very professional and yet personal. He took time to listen, examine, anesthetize and treat. He had reviewed the imaging I’d had done prior to seeing me. Very nice to see a physician who has taken the time to review your case prior to walking through the door.
Dr. Calloway's suggestions were very good in reference to need for hearing aids. I wasn't pushed to get them immediately.

Doctor Calloway was really great. He really showed he cared for my daughter and took her feelings to heart. He was very comforting to her when having to clean out her ears. She was having pain while he was doing it due to having very sensitive ears and he kept telling her how great she was doing and took the time to get her through it. Since he took that time with her he was able to really clear her ears out and she FINALLY was able to pass her hearing test. The face my daughter made when she found out she passed was absolutely priceless. The smile on her face said it all. Thank you Dr Calloway.

Not at any time did the staff seem hurried or rushed but took the time to be completely thorough. Yes I have been dealing with some kind of [] for 4 months and haven't been able to breathe and using nasal sprays every day all day. At my appointment the doctor put a camera in my nose and took a sample so. Immediately I could breathe for the first time in over 4 months.
