Dr Sue is very caring and listens to my concerns. She always tells me the best option for my care. The nurse who took care of me was very caring and calmed my nerves down. Staff is always nice and friendly. I have recommended others there and will continue too. It’s great care and service.
They were quick and responsive.
I accidentally left my reading glasses after I saw the doctor. The woman at the registration desk texted me about them and I hurried back to the clinic. They had closed for the day 4 minutes before I got there which meant I would have to wait through Saturday evening and Sunday before I could retrieve my glasses. Just when I was about to leave the registration lady drove through the parking lot on her way home, stopped and then went back inside to get my glasses for me. I really appreciated her kindness.
Very caring profesional staff
Everyone that I had contact with was excellent. The staff were all very professional, as well making me feel comfortable. I didn't have to wait long in the Emergency Room. I was given my first unit of blood shortly after I arrived. Everyone made me feel very secure in the care I was given. I would highly recommend WakeMed for care.
The woman at the check-in counter was extremely helpful in making sure my information was updated, including fixing addresses and changing my primary care physician. She was very good at her job.

Receptionist was so friendly, accommodating and expedient. Nursing staff made us feel comfortable and cared for. Dr was precise and offered appropriate suggestions for home care. Excellent visit and have recommended to others!!!

Susan also took the time to call me at home fo some of my health concerns. There was also an easy scheduling online and I got my spot when I got there. The front desk staff is very courteous and helpful although the office was busy with patients

I RETURNED ON [DATE], FOR THE FOLLOW-UP EVALUATION AND SHE KINDLY MADE ME UNDERSTAND THAT I NEEDED TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL AFTER LEAVING WAKE MED MYCARE 365, AS THE [] WAS NOT IMPROVING. SHE MADE SURE I UNDERSTOOD THAT I NEEDED TO BE ON [], IN A HOSPITAL SETTING. I WAS ADMITTED LATER THAT DAY TO WAKE MED HOSPITAL ON NEW BERN AVE., IN RALEIGH. HER UNDERSTANDING OF MY CONDITION AND THE TREATMENT I NEEDED WAS CORRECT. SHE DID A GREAT JOB!

There was a problem on them getting into my MY CHART. I think the error was all mine, something I did in the e check in. They just acted like it was their error and kept coming in to reassure me that they were getting help and would have what they needed soon. I appreciated their care and concern for me and was totally impressed with the spiffy clean office and professional employees ,who were working on Saturday afternoon.
Ability to have appts for same day issues. Punctual. Thought this urgent care was excellent and much better than others I have been to. Greatly appreciated.
