Both receptionists were friendly and made sure to check on me during the long wait time. Dr. R was apologetic about being behind. He was compassionate and took extra time with me to ensure we not only got to the bottom of the issue, but made sure I understood what to do next time it happens.

My visit with Dr Rupich was due to my previous GP is closing his current practice. His level of attention and covering all old clinicals, and in some items, the lack thereof. He is personable, intelligent, and very attentive. For one lab, that returned positive, he called me directly to not be concerned until additional results were received. In fact the additional results proved it to be a non-issue in the end. I wish I had started my care with him earlier as being his patient has improved my health care.

This was a very pleasant surprise. When I moved to Atlanta, I tried 3 different primary care physicians before settling on 1 for the next 20 years. Dr. Rupcich exhibited the characteristics and behavior I look for in a PCP. One visit is not enough contact time to be sure, but this was very encouraging.

I appreciate him helping me because my sugar was dropping extremely low and I was very sick. He simply told me to stop the new medication and never take it again. He also helped me with my blood pressure. He said double the doses. I did and it helped my blood pressure go down. I really appreciate him helping me out.
