The front desk representative is spectacular. Georgina is wonderful! She is genuine, understanding and wise, she is proactive and listens to concerns.
I've been here several times and have found everything to be incredible! The entire staff is awesome. Georgina is amazing and her bedside manner remarkable. I moved from my primary care provider of about 15 years due to my incredible experience with Georgina AND the entire family at 365 Care! AND THEY'RE ONLY 5 MINUTES FROM MY HOME!! IMPRESSIVE!!!
Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. The young lady who took my blood was amazing. I informed her that I have never had someone so easily take my blood. I barely felt her insert the needle.
I saw Dr. Georgina intentionally listening to my concerns and comments as though she truly cared about my health and understanding of what needed attention. She asked questions about what I said and responded directly to my concerns. In the past, doctors have dismissed my concerns when I mentioned them and seemed out of time and ready to run to the next thing. I had an entirely different experience with Georgina. I am glad she was my provider.
The time Georgina spent with me was not rushed. I had several issues that needed attention. Georgina spent time on each issue w/o rushing. Georgina provides such care and concern that I came to this location just to see her. I usually go to the clinic in Wake Forest to see Georgina because it was less than a mile from where I live. I drove 30 miles to the clinic on Springfield Commons Drive because Georgina was at this clinic. She’s worth driving an extra 60 miles just to see her.
All aspects of my visit were excellent from check in to examination and treatment.
Dr Ishak listened to me. I’ve been to other WakeMed doctors and felt like a number in their day but during my time she listened and offered recommendations for my situation. She helped me also understand my options with the facility/ her services.
She really took the time in not only examining me but also explaining the tests that she would order and involving me in that plan.

I thought it was great that the nurse was proactive in letting me know if they felt an x-ray was necessary that I may need to come back and let me know when there is typically someone there so in the future it could be scheduled on that days.
Not only was the medical care very good, I was very impressed with the ladies in reception. Very kind and helpful….not always the case these days.

I have already recommended this place to family. I had a few less than stellar experiences with Minute Clinic due to a recent bout of both viral, then bacterial lower and then upper respiratory illnesses. At the Wake Med site, I felt like I was in an actual medical practice with the resources needed to evaluate me properly. The practitioner was very thorough and listened carefully to my health symptoms. I can’t believe this practice is practically in my backyard and so excellent. This will be my choice for urgent care moving forward for my entire family.

The MA was friendly and personable. Ms. Ishak was great at listening to my concern and following the plan of care that has helped me in the past for this condition. I've had a previous negative experience with another female PA at a WM PC/UC and I was hesitant to return to one. But I am glad Ms. Ishak listens to her patients!

Beginning at the front desk and with scheduling is the start of a great experience. I am made to feel like I matter and there is always a personable interaction. I can tell that getting someone in for an appointment is important to the lady at the front desk. She really cares. The nurses who take in me the back are always great and so personable. I have the best conversations with them while they get my vitals. Lastly Georgina is my provider and it is because she listens and values my input and always validates my concerns. She listens and is so through, offering up all treatment options along with pros and cons and we talk out which is best for me. She is amazing!

Georgina was wonderful with our son who was quite upset due to a bicycle crash. She engaged with him very well, and that seemed to help calm him. Her staff worked together very well and all in all, we cannot say enough good things about the experience. I am glad to know we have such a great urgent care facility so close to our home.
Ms. Georgina was absolutely amazing. I have had terrible experiences in the recent past with a different provider. Ms. Georgina was patient, listened to my needs and made sure I left with all questions answered. She is now my primary provider! She is pleasant and extremely knowledgeable about medications and their side affects. You can tell she is passionate about her job and cares.
Her explaining everything possible about the procedure was refreshing and welcome,even mentioning what could go wrong (as with any procedure) and her anticipating and answering my questions moments before i ask them
