Get lab and other test results updated as they are released in real time. Track your results over time.
Check in For Your Appointment
Save time, check-in for your appointment at home. Update demographics, sign forms, pay your co-pay and more before you arrive for your appointment.
Communicate with your providers
Send a secure message to your care team about non-urgent medical questions and/or needs - much more convenient than a phone call.

Some Things to Know about Signing Up
- Watch this video to learn more about how to sign-up for MyChart on your mobile device.
- Don’t have a MyChart account? Select the red “Sign up now” button (under New User?) available via mychart.wakemed.org.
- To sign up, you will need a one-time activation code. If you don’t have one, you can continue to register online by selecting the red “Sign up online” button (under “No Activation Code?”) on the far right on the MyChart access page.
- Please note that if you do have an activation code, it will expire after two weeks.
- Proxy access is available for parents and caregivers. To request proxy access, you will need to either log-in to or create your own MyChart account. After your account has been established, you can find the Request Proxy Access Form under the "My Medical Record" tab. For minors, proxy access will become limited when the patient turns 13 years old. At that time, teens will need to create their own account with their own email address. Once the teen turns 18, proxy access on that account will be disbanded. Watch this video to learn how to set up proxy access.
