About Me
Lauren Kemeny is a nurse practioner in hospital medicine with clinical interests in acute care, preventive medicine and emergency medicine. She additionally is focused on patient-driven reforms to improve quality of care in all areas.
Kemeny's patient care philosophy centers around positively impacting patient outcomes through advocacy individualized to patient circumstances, lifestyle and outside influences. She encourages patients to be actively involved in their care, fostering an atmosphere that supports a strong provider-patient relationship based on respect for the patient's beliefs to increase their feelings of self-worth.
When not at work, Kemeny enjoys reading; spending time with her partner, Michael; entertaining friends and family; and playing with their dog, Blue.
