Short time to be seen. She brought in another person to assist in a timely manner. In addition to discharge instructions, she provided extra stri strips and bandages.
Both the nurse & NP were nice attentive & helpful . I wish they could be my primary care doctors!
I have never felt more heard or cared for during a doctor’s visit. It eased my anxiety and made me feel better walking out of the office knowing that I was actually taken care of rather than shooed off. I feel that finding a doctor that takes your pain and concern seriously is hard to find these days.
This facility and staff are excellent and I would highly recommend it to everyone.

Each staff member that I had contact with , receptionist, check in nurse and Ms Stebbins were all very sweet, professional and caring . I rate each as excellent and outstanding!
I came in after an accident that resulted me being diagnosed with a []. The staff were kind in having to explain post-care instructions more than once and providing me written instructions as well. It’s really helped me do the right things during my recovery.

I was pretty amazed at how great the energy everyone at this office has. It’s so common to to see people very mild and maybe even a little tired at medical offices. The great atmosphere feels uplifting and welcoming.
Most impressive was my interactions with NP. She listened well and explained things thoroughly and when I had questions, she gave me the time to explain them without hurrying me. I'd give her an A+ .

I have been very impressed by the entire process and care, ease of scheduling, time to get an appt, waiting time in lobby, cleanliness of the facility, A top notch experience! Initially, I went to the MyCare 365 clinic for bronchitis. It was a new clinic near my house so I thought I would give it a try. I had a great experience. When my primary care doctor retired, I decided to pursue primary care at 365. So far, I have been impressed! My NP Alayna Stebbins is great. She spent time listening to and learning about me and my concerns. She’s a clear communicator, is easy to be with and provides quality care. She wrote detailed feedback on my lab results and I have communicated with her several times through MyChart. Bravo! Keep up the great work!

We actually drive more than 40 mins to specifically go to this location. The PAs, doctors and staff are exceptional. My elderly father feels so comfortable there which is a big compliment. We are very grateful to have this available.

The Nurse Practioner gave me additional written instructions as to how to care for my wound.

This was the quickest and most time efficient urgent care visit I have had. Alayna Stebbins was courteous, professional, a good listener, and gave good patient education.
She double-checked about giving me an [Rx] very similar to the one I had just been on with another colleague-was careful and did not rush with anything.
I really appreciated them fitting me in the day I called, as I could not be seen by my PCP and wanted relief of my summons. The NP was wonderful. I will be recommending this site to friends.
