Alisha is a very caring individual. I am having several issues including anxiety, a little depression, menopause, and weight gain. Alisha took the time to talk and discuss my concerns and issues. She has always gone above and beyond each time that I have met with her. She is sincere and makes me feel like she truly cares about my wellbeing. Also, the nurse Melaina is the same way. She is so kind and understanding. Melaina has gone above and beyond to welcome me and put me at ease any time that I have visited. She is a wonderful health provider and makes me feel like I truly matter to the practice. Together, I think that they are an excellent team and feel so fortunate that they are there to care for me and help me feel like myself again.
When I visit this location for care I had my [ ] year old daughter who was also sick and due to me need more care the team was able to provide care for me and my sick daughter all in one visit never have I had such an amazing doctor as Dr.Davenport and her team!

The visit was esily scheduled, wait a little long about 2 hours, otherwise the entire visit was professional, full of communication, education, plenty of time for concerns, questions next steps.

Ms Alisha and both attendants that I encountered were great! I felt horrible and they knew how to get the information they needed in an efficient and friendly way. Alisha was very transparent about otc meds vs calling a prescription and detailed about how to take them. Her bedside manner was spot on!

From the walk in appointment process to the nursing staff the experience was great. My son had a fever which they addressed quickly and confirmed strep.

The timing was good - the wait time was not long, even as a walk-in. The receptionists, assistants and nurse practitioner were pleasant and competent. The nurse practitioner’s treatment for my back pain was appropriate. She seemed concerned about my pain management and alleviated the pain quickly. Prescriptions were quickly prescribed to my pharmacy. The only concern is that the pain medication injection wore off too soon before I had to take the oral medication. Overall my trip to NC was saved. If I relocate to NC, I would consider an WakeMed affiliated hospital.
