Dr. Marshall worked me in and everything about my care was coordinated flawlessly. From my initial consultation visit to surgery scheduling and nurse follow up- it was outstanding in my care felt like a priority.

All of the team members were friendly and worked well together. They did a great job listening and explaining my condition to me.
The Dr was very skilled and professional through this whole surgery journey for my son. He explained to us the need for the surgery, the surgery went well and he gave me great information about it and prepared me for the care at home. We were very fortunate to have him as our Dr and surgeon.
Dr Marshall is always outstanding. the office is well run, clean, and incredibly prompt. The front desk is always so friendly. Dr Marshall never makes us wait- he comes in the room almost immediately. he is so thoughtful as to what will be least upsetting to my daughter and so caring with her treatment and making sure my concerns are heard. we are so grateful for the care he’s provided for my daughter, there is no question he saved her life. we always recommend him to anyone looking for an Ent.

The staff who work the front desk, as well as everyone else, were very nice. They were very positive and engaging.
He took time answer quesrinsns, did not me feel rushed and looked at me and not the computer during the visit.

The gentleman that checked us in at North Raleigh ENT was so caring and prompt on checking us in. One of the nicest people I’ve dealt with at a front desk. Very personable but also thorough. Also Dr. Marshall is one of the best doctors I’ve seen. Her pediatrician originally wanted her to go to UNC but I asked to see Dr. Marshall instead and so glad we did. He was an expert on what Caroline was dealing with. So smart but also great communicator. He is my go to for any ENT issues.

Sara did an outstanding job of listening to me and my concerns about the "stuff in my ear" and it's relevance to my taking an [Rx]. Then, as she vacuumed out my ear, she did note that it was more liquidy than before, noting the difference and understanding what the correlation I was talking about.
