Andrew and staff were personable and prepared. Andrew and team explained how diabetes works and how a normal body fights it and the damage that unprocessed sugar can do in the veins and blood stream. They also gave pros cons of home blood pressure options, wrist vs. Cuff and how and why arm should be on a table with cuff on. Already recommended Andrew to 3 family members.

I really enjoyed meeting the PA Andrew. He was very easy to talk to, he explained my diagnosis and how the medication he prescribed would work! He was very thorough, personable and kept me engaged. And although, I was there for some pretty bad pain, he was able to make me laugh and it’s always good to boost those endorphins! Dr. Andrew was the key to helping solve an issue I had for years. All I needed was a test done that my primary doctor never suggested. I was so pleased with my visit that I’m switching to have him as my primary physician.

Mr. Allen was very prepared when he came in the room. He had reviewed my chart and especially the meds I take. We discussed the pros and cons of [] and together decided it was not necessary at this time for me to take that. The cons out weighed any pros. I felt like a person not a number. In addition he called within 48 hours to see how I was doing. Would highly recommend him. He is very caring, does not rush you and makes sure you understand what was discussed.
Andrew was very attentive. He listened to my problem closely. He provided a plan of care and asked if I was satisfied with the plan. He also explained taking the medication in detail. Andrew was very polite and very helpful.
Dr. Allen was very nice and very through in the office and with X-ray follow up and he also gave me a tip for the prescribed medicine I need to take that made it more effective.

Andrew is the best. I was very stressed arriving for my appointment, and I had never seen him before so I was worried about explaining my situation, but he made it easy and I left feeling reassured and with a plan. No one likes going to the doctor, but I have to say, I enjoyed my visit.

The staff did an amazing job of making me feel welcomed and important. I walked in about 45 minutes before close on a Saturday and they did not make me feel like an inconvenience. I left CVS because they didn't take care of me and went there. I am happy with my decision.

My doctor left my WakeMed location in Knightdale and the office was no longer accepting new patients. I was given the Raleigh 365 location for my upper abdominal pain. Everyone was very helpful.
