Wait time to be seen for my appoint was short and once I was seen I didn't feel like I was being rushed out the door.

The whole staff, everyone from checking in, taking vitals and making sure I was comfortable waiting for Dr was excellent. Dr was very thorough, concerned. Made sure to involve me, my granddaughter in facts and decisions on meds prescribed.
They were incredibly fast at getting me in and having me seen! From the front desk registration staff to the nursing staff and last but not least, Andrew, everyone was really efficient, friendly, compassionate, and overall fantastic.

Doctor Andrew Yoon is a great doctor. He goes way beyond your average doctor, at least for me. He's not the kind of doctor, that comes in & listens to your heart, taps you on the shoulder & says we'll see you next time. He spends time with you, going over your meds & recent health issues. He also listens to your concerns. Together, we come up with a game plan. He's best primary doctor I've had, since I was a kid!

Our visit was excellent. From Michelle at the front desk to our MA/nurse to Andrew (PA). Michelle was quick and efficient. Our MA/nurse was fantastic explaining things to my 6 year old and helping her feel comfortable. Andrew was polite and helpful and thorough! Would definitely recommend this practice to anyone!
Mr Yoon and the assisting nurse/paramedic were exceptionally caring as it became event at the end of my visit I was too weak to get to the car. They assisted me, and my wife, from the waiting room to the car with a wheelchair and sent a message on the Wake Med North to expect us. They were extremely caring and professional. Thank you to both
Everyone was very nice but the ladies at the front desk were exceptionally kind. They could see I felt horrible and were not impatient as I tried to speak without coughing. The medical assistant who took me back to the room was also very kind and actually listened to the answers provided and even asked follow-up questions. The PA was informative and at no time did I ever feel rushed. Excellent experience all the way around.

The provider is great have seen him 3 times for an emergency once and he was great saved my life actually . Then again for an infected wound which with treatment healed in I week and just last week was treated for []! Couldn’t be happier thinking of switching to make him my primary care physician

The overall visit was very quick, to the point, not rushed, asked all the necessary questions, and explained everything perfectly.
From the minute you come in to the building, the two women at the desk were wonderful. They welcomed me, & made me feel good & less nervous. Then Hayley, the nurse is as sweet as can be. Takes your vital signs, goes over your medication, & let's you know what's happening next. Doctor Andrew, who I never met before, was great. He spent alot of time with me, going over my medical history, especially the past year, as I've had a few surgeries at wake med. He gave me a physical & drew blood & might have saved my life. Turned out my blood work came back and wasn't very good. My [], among other thingd. He called me & then my sister & said for me to go to the emergency room asap. They got me in pretty quickly & I was hooked up with [], both orally & then intravenously. I was there for 3 day & was just released. There's a very good team at that location & I would refer them to anyone looking for urgent or primary care. Thanks.
Andrew Soon treated me with respect - he listened, he explained his diagnosis and medication decisions, he answered all of my questions. He was NOT condescending or patronizing - something I appreciate as a [] year old woman.

Having 365 is very convenient for my work schedule. The only thing I would ask as far as scheduling is to be able to schedule with the same person for each visit to improve continuity of care. Since I am using them as my primary care practice. Been there 3 times recently and have had three different PA-C. All have been great though.

Andrew is an excellent communicator. He explained his findings and clearly communicated his treatment plan. He said it take about three days for the prescribed medicine to take effect and he was right.
