The x-ray tech did an amazing job communicating, explaining when she had to move my leg or the table. Anna really seemed to care about me as a person. I have not experienced that from other urgent care centers I've visited.

I arrived to the clinic 20 min prior to closing, I could have been turned away, but they were willing to see me, I was in and out of there in 20 min, and received a call from the pharmacy as I was leaving the parking lot that my meds were ready. Thank you to everyone involved in my treatment that day.

Everyone at that facility is just incredible. From the persons who have helped me schedule appointments, to the people who check you in, to the assistant who get your blood pressure and wait to the doctors. I have had nothing but excellent service there in every interaction I’ve had with them. I used to be a patient of the Brier creek location and was worried about the quality when I changed locations but if anything it has exceeded my expectations with each interaction with everyone at the facility!
I got an appointment within the hour of my need, the process of scheduling was easy, and the quality of care was very good.
