About Me

Ariana Aliasso is a physician assistant with clinical interests in acute and chronic gastroenterology conditions — particularly in liver disease. She earned both her undergraduate and master of physician assistant science from Gannon University in Erie, PA.

Aliasso believes the cornerstone of patient care lies in a compassionate and empathetic environment that prioritizes the well-being of all. Recognizing that a diagnosis can often be overwhelming, Aliasso takes the time to ensure her patients feel heard and supported, fostering a space where they can openly discuss their concerns. She believes in the power of education as a vital component of the healing process, diligently working to teach her patients about their diagnoses in a clear and relatable manner. This not only empowers them with knowledge but also demystifies complex medical jargon, making the information accessible and manageable. By emphasizing shared decision-making, Aliasso invites her patients to actively participate in their treatment plans, promoting a collaborative relationship where their values and preferences are respected, leading to more effective treatment strategies.

Outside of work, Aliasso enjoys walking her dogs with her husband, traveling, exploring new places, baking and engaging in stand-up paddle boarding.
