The DOCTOR and Staff, as of my last visit in March.
The staff were very professional.
The receptionists was very friendly. My appointment was not found, but she told me that I could still see the Dr. and made another appointment, and in a few minutes and saw the doctor. The nurse that came in, she took the time to show me how to properly place and use my pressure monitor and the proper placement of the cuff. The DR. made me feel comfortable and wanted to work with me to get all my vitals under control. I am comfortable with this facility and it's staff.
No wait time to be seen.
Dr Messina did not rush my visit and addresed all of my concerns. I really appreciate her guidance concerning my questions and concerns!

I absolutely love Dr. Messina. She’s been extremely thorough in her testing and several other doctors ranging from ED to pain, neurology, and rheumatology have complimented her on how thorough she has been. She also makes me feel heard during a time when my health is tanking and I’m very lost and confused and have nothing to do but overthink, but she has been there every step of the way. I couldn’t possibly speak more highly of her if I tried. Her nurse and reception teams have also been on top of documents and other things needed and are always going above and beyond to help me every step of the way.
Everyone I had contact with was helpful, courteous and professional.

The nurse knew right away what I had and thank God and [ ] I don't suffer from pain like I had been suffering from it for a month thanks to the fact that they treated me at another health center and they did not know what I had.

We were down from Maryland for the Holiday with our daughter and her family in Zebulon. I woke up [DATE] with severe cough, trouble breathing, and a pain in my left side of my chest. The kids talked me into you going to your urgent care and I’m glad I did. Ashley gave me a [RX] if it would not have been for that I probably would not have enjoyed my holiday with my family. Thank you again Ashley and the staff for being so professional and caring.
