While I prefer in person communication, I am really appreciating the electronic messages back and forth. Dr Welsh has been quick to respond and answer any concerns I have. She also has kept me informed of the progress as we go along. I feel very comfortable with her handling my healthcare.
Ms. Welch has a very supportive approach to patients. She readily explains labs, conditions and most often will provide patient with literature that further explains the question re diagnosis, treatment or lab findings! Simply stated, Ms. Welch is outstanding!

Ms Welch’s nurse, I didn’t catch her name, assissted me after the visit to get down to the lab and stayed With me until I was called. I am not able to walk well and she acquired a wheelchair to take me. It was above and beyond what I expected.

This was the first time I had a video visit due to having []. The process was easy and the appointment with the provider was easy to schedule. The staff and nurse was friendly and understanding. The nurse explained the treatment and medication I was provided. Overall, I was pleased with the entire visit.

I liked their caution. I caught a summer cold and when I told them about it they tested me for COVID and flu while wearing the appropriate PPE. Ms. Welch was wearing the PPE as well as a precaution and helped me get a prescription for my [] medication, which was originally what I was there to discuss.

Ashley Welsh is an excellent listener. She answered all of my questions and included me in setting next steps and plans. She followed up the very next day, sooner than I expected. The medical assistant was also friendly and helpful. I can’t recall her name but she worked in mental health before joining this office.
Ashley was certainly excellent she took time to look at my problem and also my medical background and because of that took a two step approach to my issue if step one didn’t alleviate it we would then try step 2 but luckily in my case step 1 was successful and we avoided unnecessary antibiotics.
