My dad is nearly 94 years old and he took his time and explained everything to my father. My dad does not like to see new people but he really enjoyed Ben.
From coming in to the time I was leaving everyone was very nice. They had good attitudes and made me feel very comfortable.

First time Meeting this Doctor- but very happy I did. He motivated me to start the walking I need after my heart surgery - and two weeks later I am still doing it every day!!! I'm feeling much more energy. Ben made it all seem easy enough for me to hsndle- so I did!

There’s a culture throughout the entire campus that is above and beyond the norm. We’ve (sadly) spent too much time in various “world class” hospitals in the past ten years. Just to mention a couple Johns Hopkins and University of Maryland ( multiple campuses) are worlds behind in care, compassion, attitude, and aptitude. You truly set the standard others should endeavor to emulate !

Check in was easy and check out was easy. The Lady that took my blood was great! It was her 1 year anniversary and nobody had sent her an email or a card Congratulating her or Thanking her for her 1 year Anniversary. These little things mean a lot to people. Please reach out to her and Congratulate her on her 1 year Anniversary. Further more, please put a system in place that will recognize these achievements along with their yearly Birthday. It seems like not a big deal, but a lot of people need the accolades.

Mr. Blaschke was very kind and came to me himself to apologize for the delay but he had an emergency to attend to before seeing me.
