The staff at the front desk was phenomenal
Everyone was courteous, caring, professional, good listener and friendly.
It was all good. I was also very impressed by the nurse that started my visit. She was knowledgeable and kind.

Dr Flinchum listened to me and actually heard me. She helped me more in one visit than my old drs office of 3 years. I can't say enough how much she has helped me already. My entire experience with her was wonderful and I would recommend her to anyone.

The whole process at this location was top notch from start to finish. Every person I interacted with was polite, knowledgeable, and caring. I didn't expect to have anyone looking at my private regions that morning, so having a team that was caring about my situation made the visit less embarrassing. The receptionist noticed I had some blood on my hands and got me some gloves, showed me a restroom, and made the check in process very simple. The wait time was less than 10 minutes, and the doctor that saw me made sure that a chaperone was presents, explained what she was doing, and was very considerate regarding my privacy. These are the people you want working at all of your offices. I hope I don't need to come back, but I'll definitely pick this specific location should the need arise.

Everything was great. The receptionist. Amber, was wonderful, caring and did not rush us at all. Came in from an insect bite just before closing and everyone was super and treated me with such care. Highly recommend this Urgent care. They were the best!

First. This is the first email I received from you. No former one. Now my visit. The service I received was exceptional for an urgent care place. My past experience at others hasn’t been too good. Everyone seemed genuinely concerned for me. No rushing to get out of the room or get me out. I am recently without a primary care provider and am probably going to make this my primary care facility. Overall treatment by PA was excellent-knew just what to do, numbed my eye, found a [] and told me what to do at home. Also gave me a perscription for [Rx] drops. Told me what to expect as scratch healed.
