Overall experience was excellent in all respects
Dr. Go apologized for keeping me waiting but Idid not consider my wait time long at all. He also commended me regarding my quitting smoking thirty two years ago, trying new medications, staying active and managing daily activities. I felt as though he recognized that I was truly trying to follow the recommendations outlined for my medical needs. I greatly appreciate the manner in which he handles my care! I highly recommend Dr. Go and Wake Med!

Virtually no waiting. Appt was at 10am. I was seen and out in 15 minutes. Yearly check up so nothing much needed other than med check, EKG and making certain I wasn’t having any issues.

Dr Go is always has been and continues to be a caring and compassionate Doctor and human being. He has been my family’s cardiologist for 25 years and saved my mother’s life way back then. I was extremely thankful that he would see me when I needed a cardiologist. He saved my life!! No doubt. His diagnosis was spot on and I did what he recommended and feeling like a new man now.

I received a message for a rescheduled, for imaging at six fork rd 3324 [DATE], that I visit. I call wakemed, after the appointment, to see if I could be work in to see dr go that day, so I would not have to make another trip back to Raleigh the next week, They made my appointment at [] the same day, wow that was a big savings in gas a hour and half away. As always, Dr Go provided excellent care. He is absolutely wonderful in all areas. During this visit, his medical assistant was great, and the most personable assistant I’ve had there. She was friendly, professional, and compassionate. With the previous assistants over the past years, I felt like a number but not with this one. It was a nice surprise.

The nurse, Angela, was excellent. She stayed with me until she was sure that I knew how to use and operate the heart monitor. I spent more time with her than I did with the doctor. She took excellent care of me. She did not rush, but at one time had to get on her knees to adjust the monitor. EXCELLENT!

Front desk staff at Durant Road were friendly, very good and helpful. It wasn't as busy as the New Bern office and so I did not feel as rushed and more at ease to talk to the doctor. He answered my questions and discussed my treatment plan.
Dr Go was attentive and thoughtful about my symptoms and gave prudent advice about my proposed treatment. He carefully explained my options and his recommendations. I was very satisfied

Received the same excellent care from Dr. Go and staff they always provide. I trust Dr. Go explicitly. He cares about his patients, is well-qualified, and has certainly pulled me through several crisis situations.
I wish I had written down the name of the lady that did took my blood pressure, did the EKG, etc before Dr. Go came in. She did did a fabulous job: the perfect blend of friendliness and complete professionalism. In fact, the Wake Med team has this history with me and I appreciate it more than I can say. I always feel confident that my life is in good hands. I am so pleased with my healthcare team, headed by Dr. Go.
