She suspected appendicitis and sent [Patient's name] to the Emergency Room. The diagnosis was correct which allowed us to get treatment quickly.
I was pretty sure I had a UTI. I wasn’t able to get there until 10 minutes before they closed. The nurse or tech that took me back immediately gave me a cup so my urinalysis would be running during my vitals being taken. There was no wait in the waiting room & very little wait on the provider to come talk to me. I was out definitely less than 25 minutes after arriving & my prescription was sent up Walgreens 24 hr store since all other pharmacies were closed. It was a great experience
Receptionist was comforting yet relaxing while establishing a homey rapport with me. Although I was sick, she helped me laugh as I waited- she has a wonderful people talent. Dr was extremely attentive to my issues & seemed to cover all bases (even aspects of investigation I had not thought of) - I never felt rushed by nurse or doctor & they were extremely thorough- more than I expected. Everything was quick & hopefully I don’t have to go back but, I would not hesitate to use them again. Everything was done onsite & very convenient.

I am a WakeMed employee and this is the first office I felt the most comfortable with. From the check in, to the weigh in, to the visit with the doctor I was treated very kindly. The PA was very thorough with explaining my concerns and with upcoming blood work and results.

The PA was great. Was kind and compassionate during my visit there. Although I had to be referred to a hospital she ordered a stomach XRay and prepared notes for the hospital to arrive before I did. She also offered to have me transported. The XRay tech was also excellent.
It was amazing how soon I felt I had a very bad sinus infection and learned that it was Covid instead. Glad I chose help at urgent care. Drug prescribed stopped my severe headache real fast. Good care.

Brianna did a lot of tests to try to determine what was the cause of my pain in my hand. She referred me to the ortho hand specialist department at Wake med & I’m waiting for them to call me to schedule an ultrasound that she recommended. She was very thorough!
