It was the end of the day and I received great service as if i were the the first customer of the day.
EVERYBODY WAS FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY ACTED QUICKLY AND WITH A SENSE OF URGENCY FOR MY NEEDS. MY PA DID AN AMAZING JOB OF EVALUATING AND TREATING MY CONDITION AND PROVIDED EXCELLENT INFORMATION AND ADVICE. SHE MADE SURE THAT I WAS SCHEDULED ASAP WITH DR. [ ] TO BE EVALUATED FOR SURGERY WHEN IT SEEMED THERE WERE NO APPOINTMENTS SCHEDULED. THE FRONT END RECEPTIONIST WAS SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AS WELL AS THE NURSING STAFF AND SUPPORT STAFF. THEY WERE VERY FAST I BASICALLY HAD NO WAIT TIME. OVERALL, THE TEAM THAT TOOK CARE OF ME IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient.
PA Brooke was fantastic! I was in so much pain with my frozen shoulder, and she had so much compassion and kindness. She actually sh out wed me my x-rays and explained in depth my situation. Then recommended a cortisone shot and was extremely gentle. By mid day my pain was cut in half. Now on day 3 I am close to being recovered. Thank you for all you do. The full staff was Amazing!!!
My blood sugar dropped and they helped me out while working too!! Your team is Marvelous!!! Thank you!!!!!!!!

My daughter had a very positive experience with the x-ray technician who put her at ease by joking with her and he was super friendly.
Scheduling appt was very easy, wait time was minimal, facility was clean, communication with nurse through the portal was prompt. Highly recommend.
My overall experience was amazing
Dr. Osborne was very knowledgeable about my condition. I felt very comfortable with her. She was quite methodical on where she injected the shot in my knee. It didn’t hurt. Easy breezy.
Everyone, including the receptionist, nurses, and my doctor were extremely caring and kind as well as very understanding of my situation. I am also extremely grateful for WakeMed, understanding my situation, and helping me with their financial assistance program. Without that I’m not sure what I would be doing.

Everything was fine just that whatever was going on with my knee the Cortizone shot did not actually relieve the pain only for about four hours and then I guess that was because of the numbness that had wore off

The workflow was remarkable. I had pain in my foot from a twisted ankle. Before I was even seen by the provider I had X-rays taken. It streamlined the process and I was in and out with a diagnosis and boot with an impressive turnaround time.
I was injured while on vacation. We came home because I wanted to be home for medical care. I was scared and in pain. The entire staff was wonderful!!!!!
