About Me

Caroline Priest is nurse practitioner with a nursing background in emergency medicine and a passion to explore the combination of urgent and primary care as a provider. She received her bachelor’s from Duke University School of Nursing in Durham, NC. She completed her master of science in nursing from Simmons University in Boston, MA.

Priest's personal philosophy involves engaging with patients with the same level of care and respect she would prefer. This means showing kindness, patience and empathy for all.

When not at work, Priest enjoys eating out with friends, hiking with her husband and dogs, running to stay active and traveling.

I recently moved to the area and need a primary care doctor. I was expecting to see the doctor and have a full exam but was not disappointed in my visit with Caroline and felt very good about returning to her if I needed medical care. Because I had recently had an emergency visit at WakeMed where many test were done and the results were available, she scheduled a return visit for a complete exam in 6 months. I believe I will be pleased with the choice I made in primary care.

The check-in process was seamless, and the woman at the front desk was very kind and quick. The wait time was very short, as was the time I spent in the exam room. I had a relatively minor issue, so I didn't require a lot of counseling, but I was in and out in 15 minutes. It was definitely the best urgent care experience I've ever had!

Walked in and was greeted at the front desk. The staff were all friendly and professional. Prescription was called in to my pharmacy right away. Excellent place to go when you need medical care.
