I have been to many different urgent cares and never have received the care and consideration I received. The staff made sure to help provided excellent patient care down to providing water and crackers for the nausea without having to ask for it.
Wait time to be seen was minimal, Charlotte and Jordan are extremely professional and highly knowledgeable in the medical field. The communication and coordination between MyCare 365 and the hospital and pharmacy are excellent, like a well-oiled machine firing on all cylinders!

All three were excellent, first nurse who got vitals and information, then took xrays, NP Culler who saw patient and made recommendations, etc., and the nurse that provided the [] shot and gave the nebulizer breathing treatment.

Keesha, Gabriella and Charlotte were all fantastic. They were kind and caring with my daughter, as that team always is. Charlotte took them time to explain the tests and important follow up instructions if she didn’t start to improve. Will definitely be back.

Yes the people there are so friendly nice people and the Dr's are super they take time with you explan your care as of the first of January I will make them my regular Dr's and go there as needed I Love this place.

We have been to this facility twice in the past month because our primary care was too booked. We LOVED coming here! Charlotte in particular was phenomenal! She walked in having reviewed our chart and was prepared to answer all questions. My dad has a complicated history and most urgent care docs or nurses just swiftly send us on to ER. She took the time to be ready and was so well educated. All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Great location. Praying they don’t get overbooked like the others!!
