Christina has been amazing through this process with me. She makes you feel like you’re apart of her family that she’s caring for me and my family are grateful to have her on my side. She’s excellent with communication and compassion know other person I’d rather have.

All Nurses from ICU (Rm 27 for 1-1/2 days) to standard room in 3E (5-1/2 day) were EXTREMELY HELPFUL, CARING, and COMFORTING during my visit. I truly and grateful for their personal care and professionalism.
I would rate every aspect of the care I received while at Wake Med to be a 10 out of 10 outstanding.
The vast majority of the staff and physicians were both professional and personable. We were treated as important individuals and given both kind and professional attention. Instructions were well documented, providing us with confidence and security in the medical and administrative processes.

Total patient care was exemplary from Dr. Boulton and his partner, to the mid-level practitioners to the nurses, nurses aides and ancillary staff ( lab techs, x-ray, etc.)

Beginning with my first visit to Dr. [], and followed by the susequent open heart surgery that he performed on me, I have had the highest opinion of Dr. []' team and everyone at WakeMed who took care of me. Their medical skills, coupled with a sincere desire to make a positive difference in the lives of their patients, is second to none. I appreciate all they did for me and I would recommend them to anyone in the world.

The Dr's never rushed through there morning rounds. They were always willing to answer any questions I had. And the nursing staff were complete angels.. They made sure I was comfortable and safe at all hours of the day and night and even had one who was on my admitting team who came to check on my progress a week later.
Christina is very professional,. She asks good questions and listens to your answers before making recommendation. She is a very caring person who puts the welfare of her patients first.

Everything from the beginning to now has been beyond words at the care and compassion each and everyone there gave me. If I could give them 10 out of 5 stars I would. Since this survey is about my visit with Christina I want to say she was very informative, intelligent, caring and compassionate. And like she said the last time we spoke, I feel like family not just a patient. I certainly don’t want to be sick and have to be there, but I miss each and everyone of them. For the record, Dr [], Lesley, Suzanne and each and everyone that helped care for me, there are not enough thank you’s in the world to let you know how much I appreciate you all.
