The level of care and compassion Clifford Menafra had is sadly not often seen in today’s world of seeing how fast you can get someone in and out so that some kind of quota can be met.

Quick attention to my situation, receptionist was professional, immediate attention by nurse, and NA was very helpful.
Efficiency in time to be seen, urinalysis and x-rays and getting results
Mr. Menafra listened to my concerns and was asking questions to insure his understanding of the situation. He was concerned about my condition and wanted to be sure that he addressed all of my concerns.

I was seen for my appt in a timely fashion even with the event of equipment failure. The staff was diligently relocating patients to other facilities for imaging procedures and was able to reset appt times as needed.
From the person who scheduled my appointment, the intake personnel at the appointment, the nurse that weighed me and prepared me for my appointment and, lastly, to Mr. Manafra, I was treated respectfully and each step was explained and my input was received respectfully. The nurses in recovery really went above and beyond to help care for me and make sure I was comfortable. They really did an outstanding job. The anesthesia team was wonderful in making sure I was comfortable and didn’t have pain through my procedure.

Visits have always been great.
I was taken back quickly. The nurse startd her job and finished right away. Clifford may have taken maybe 2 minutes to come in and we discussed what we needed. I was in and out in less than 15 minures.
This office is extremely professional. I am very worried about my kidney and they have quickly put me to rest and ease with a plan

Every one was super from registration to my visit with Cliff. Cliff started me on antibiotics in case the urine culture showed infection. It showed inf.so I was already on medication. I feel I'm in good hands with Cliff.
