Staff and appearance of cleanliness
The staff was friendly and Doctor did listen to all my concerns/questions and did answer them all.
Everything was outstanding from the check in personnel, the medical assistant as well as the doctors
I cannot express how much I valued the level of patience, understanding, and support I felt from not only Dr. Daniel but the entire staff
I had a more sensitive issue and the team made me feel respected and taken care of through each step.

I had attempted to make a virtual visit on line. When I did not get "the call", I did call the office and was told that the visit was in person. The receptionist was most helpful in checkin to see if I could be seen virtually, as I had tested positive for Covid. I wish I could remember this sweet lady's name. It was a excellent visit, and I would certainly use this facility again. Thank you for your help!!

Dan is Awesome. His demeanor was of an educated, attentive, compassionate healer. We need more Dan's in this world. Also, coming from a different state in a different healthcare system; I can really tell you that I appreciate the WakeMed my chart system. I like the fact that I can communicate with my doctors via the MyChart system. And I also believe that having ready access to all of my test results for reference is key. I would recommend WakeMed to any of my friends and colleagues! Right now as it sits I have a total opinion of excellent, and would like to add that everything is great so far so good. When I couldn’t get onto the portal for an appointment, I called and asked for an appointment. The Front Desk receptionist was super kind (Saquina?) and assured me I’d be fine walking in which was a huge relief. The facility was clean & efficient & the nurse & doc were excellent.,
The receptionist was absolutely lovely.
I'm new in Raleigh and finding a doc or the right team of docs was impossible. I stumbled onto Dr [], a sleep specialist out of desperation. Dr [] was incredible. He is everything a Dr should be. He then referred me to a PA named Dan Ruether who was equally as dedicated. The whole staff was just amazing from the receptionists to the techs to the Docs to the referrals. Providers and insurance and especially for a new patient have become so complicated it should be embarrassing to the medical community. WakeMed is so far ahead of anything out there. I will never even look at other providers. This group is where yo want to be no matter what your condition.
Mr. Reuther stands out as one of the best medical professionals I have encountered. His knowledge, professionalism, and bedside manner are much appreciated. He comes off as he genuinely cares for your health and that is why I will continue to visit this location when in need of health services.
Dr. Reuther took the time to get labs done on me to see what the orobkem was and he order extra labs to make sure my organs were OK. I'm [] and haven't seen a doctor in 2 years. I'm glad he gave me the medication I needed and further referred me to see a [] educator. The staff was all nice and welcoming

Outstanding was that PA Daniel Reuther [], cleaned and cut it and stitched it back on. Stitches will disolve and old nail fall off but till than this sensitive area is protected. He was super nice and took his time to explain everything. Was a great experience for me.
