About Me
Danny is an orthopaedic PA with over 6 years of experience. He joined Wake Ortho in 2018 and has spent time primarily on the Hand, Foot, and Ankle and Cary teams, with extensive experience in that time with orthopaedic trauma, sports medicine as well as total joint arthroplasty.
Taylor enjoys all aspects of orthopaedics and patient care, but especially loves time in the operating room. He also has a special interest in PA education. He serves as a fellowship advisor for the orthopaedic APP fellowship program at WakeMed, and has also served on the orthopaedic PA on-boarding committee to help improve the training process for new orthopaedic PA's. Prior to becoming a PA, Taylor was a certified athletic trainer for 14 years, working mostly in intercollegiate athletics as well as a short stint with Air Force Special Operations Command.
When not working, he is most often on the run to and from his son's sporting events with his wife, or cooking for family. He is also an avid college and professional sports fan.
