Dr Keith is always professional and Carine about my well being. My check in nurse (unfortunately, I can not remember her name) was awesome - friendly, professional, easy to talk to and excellent communicator.
The time taken to really listen and communicate with me was great. Really not used to that. And even if I asked am uneducated question the doctor was patient and took time to explain things.
Dr. Keith is a very caring doctor. He takes time to explain things he’s easy to talk with and I never feel rushed. I hope he will always be my physician.

Dr. Keith, knew exactly what medication to prescribe for me. It was exactly what I needed to get better!! Where as my PA Doctor did not have a clue what to prescribe for me. She sent in 2 prescription which I did not get. Not available at CVS in Erwin. Yes I recommend Dr. Keith. Everyone was very professional, polite and caring! I had hope Dr. Keith could be my Doctor now on, but he said he couldn't, but if I got another respiratory problem I could come back to see him!! Thank you Dr. Keith!!
