From the time I check in til the time I leave, I feel like I matter....yeah, nobody likes to sit waiting their turn and waiting for the doctor to finish with the other patients but when he gets to me, I have his full attention ....and so far, he seems smarther than me and the internet ....kidding, no one is smarter than the internet although there is so much misinformation that you have to sift through, it's easier talking to a live person.... Dave is courteous, professional, knowledgeable; hope he is around for a long time...fully recommend him to my friends....also, kudos to the front desk receptionist who maintains such a cheerful smile....you know I mean....but wish I could remember her name

Well I went in as a walk in patient and I still got in and out of there in less than an hour, which is rare in my opinion.
I went thinking I had sinus Infection. I was happy to cooperate with COVID and flu swab. Was shocked to learn I was positive for []. GOOD council RE ANTI VIRAL MEDICATION DOCTOR RECOMMENDED Also he recommended I get test kit and test my husband. (he was positive too). He provided excellent written resourses. We both had mild cases due I think to his early intervention and fact we were fully vaxed snd boosted.

Amber at the front desk was very pleasant and very welcoming. Javonda that helped us before the provider came in was AMAZING, from start to finish! She is a true Gem, and has a great personality. Those two made our evening so much better. It was a true example of excellent customer service. When I came in, I didn't show it on the outside, but I wasn't in a good mood. After a long day, then having to go to the urgent care made it a long night. I went to the urgent care thats literally walking distance from my house, at 7:10 pm and we were turned away because they only had one provider that day and they said they weren't taking anymore patients. So we had to leave and drive to wake forest, with the thought that we would be turned away again, because it was almost 7:30. Instead we were welcomed in and treated very well. So well that when we left to go home, we had big smiles on our faces, and had forgotten about how rough the evening was, prior to arriving.
The personality of the team staff was so polite with you and they were willing to help you with everything! The doctor was very professional and patient with you.
Dr. David and the entire staff are always extremely helpful and always make you feel appreciated and seen to want to help as much as they can. I never feel rushed and always appreciate the care shown.

Both my wife and I came with similar problems. David saw both of us and clearly explained what we were experiencing. He's an exceptional listener, asked great questions and provided to us post-visit documentation so we could fully understand the medication and how to best take care of ourselves so we recover quickly.
Mr. Zuckerman is the type of PA that you need to keep on staff.
