About Me
Dianne Lore is a doctoral-prepared, board-certified family and pediatric nurse practitioner. Her clinical interest focuses on her work titled, “Investigation and Assessment of Urine Culture Importance in the evaluation of Uncomplicated Urinary Tract Infections in an Urgent Care Setting.” Her central focus is implementation of an evidence-based clinical practice guideline for quality improvement and development of formal clinic policy in the treatment of uncomplicated urinary tract infections. Lore holds a master of science in nursing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Chapel Hill, NC. She holds a post-master’s certificate from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. Her doctorate is through the University of Alabama at Huntsville in Huntsville, AL.
Lore believes that patients each have a unique mind-body-spirit connection to their health. Employing communicative tools, such as active listening, she fosters an environment of open dialogue to develop an active plan to enhance patient health. By focusing on holistic health care, Lore is privileged to assist patients on their journey toward improved outcomes.
When not at work, Lore enjoys reading, gardening and traveling with her husband. She also cherishes her adult daughter who lives out of state.
