About Me
Annie Cunningham is a board-certified physician assistant with a clinical interest in inpatient psychiatry. She understands that the human mind is a giant puzzle and putting those pieces back together can truly help someone. She earned a master of physician assistant studies through Alderson Broaddus University in Philippi, WV.
Cunningham’s personal patient care philosophy is, “always listen first.” She finds that a lot of times, the answer to treatment lies in the history given. This approach not only respects the individuality of each patient's experience but also cultivates an environment of trust, where patients feel valued and understood. By adopting this philosophy, she has not only improved patient outcomes but has also enriched her own practice, continuously learning from the diverse experiences of those she serves.
Outside of work, Cunningham enjoys do-it-yourself interior designing, boxing and cooking — especially, making pasta from scratch. She also dabbles in automotive designing and rebuilding with her husband.
