The woman at the front desk was amazing. The nurse was super friendly.
Overall I am please with the staff the wait time for me as a new patient was extremely long I understand the provider was running late but the over 2 hrs wait beyond my scheduled time was too long especially since I faster and the appointment was in the afternoon
Everything was excellent, checking in, the nurse and again the Doctor.

Much care was given to ensure the proper medication was prescribed for my COVID infection.
Danyelle, the nurse, was a great help. She is always so kind, caring and knowledgeable. All other staff is very helpful too.
Erin is a very good listerer, involving me in the decisions of my care and explaining everything clearly is why I continue to use Wakemed as my hospital of choice.

Yes!! Erin reviewed all records from prior 2 weeks ER visit she noticed some important test results missed in ER visit. After ER visit I was still having the same issues and she noted results showed pancreatic high levels. Once realized she urgently sent me to the necessary locations for extra test and treatment. I feel some what better after 3 weeks of everyday pain and I want to say thank you Erin!!!
The individual who took my vitals and got me checked in prior to NP Erin coming into the room was exceptional! (unsure if she was a nurse or tech of sorts) She displayed the WakeWay tenets and behaviors and kept open and enthusiastic communication throughout the interaction. WakeMed is lucky to have her as a member of our staff, working directly with patients and allowing for a relaxed and friendly office atmosphere.
