About Me
Dr. Erin Dunneback is a board-certified hospitalist with clinical interests in adult and pediatric hospital medicine, end-of-life care, family and patient-centered rounding, resident and medical student education, quality improvement and cost-effective health care. She completed her undergraduate education at Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI. She finished medical school at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine in Grand Rapids, MI,
Dr. Dunneback's approach to patient care is to treat everybody with the same compassion and respect she would expect for herself or her own family. She cares for the entire patient, acknowledging how illness and treatment plans impact daily life, while striving to simplify that for patients. She aims to be an attentive listener, so the care she delivers is consistent with patient wishes.
When not at work, Dr. Dunneback enjoys spending time outside, gardening, boating, traveling and trying new restaurants in the Triangle.
