About Me
Hannah Goodrum is a physician assistant with clinical interests in surgery and critical care. She appreciates the challenges, rewards and endless learning opportunities that come with treating these specific patient populations. She earned her undergraduate degree at North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC. She went on to complete a master of physician assistant studies through Elon University in Elon, NC. She completed a physician assistant general surgery residency with the University of Kentucky at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood, KY.
Goodrum’s personal patient care philosophy is to lead with empathy. Understanding that patients and their families are enduring one of the most difficult seasons in their lives, she realizes it is a unique privilege to care for and support these patients from admission to discharge.
Outside of work, Goodrum’s many hobbies include sewing, quilting, scrapbooking, reading and spending time with family and friends.
