Dr. Rashid was very detailed in explaining the cause of my dizziness and nausea. Showed me on the screen the picture of the ear and named the parts explaining and showing me the cause of it which was very thorough and easily understood.

They put me in a room where the previous patient had Covid. They cleaned it, but I did not feel comfortable. So the nurse moved me to another room at my request. Initially my blood pressure spiked because of this. When they checked it again , it went down after I moved.

Dr. Rashid is always, always our trusted go-to when something goes wrong with us - from nail fungus to a stroke, he has cared for every aspect of our health. After a recent [ ] fracture, we went to him to help us decipher the x-rays, MRI, and to help us understand what they meant. Dr. Rashid just has a rare gift for explaining things in a way we can understand, and helping us understand what the effects and the prognosis means. Dr. Rashid makes it his mantra to know his patients and to care for their total health. I don't know another doctor like him - anywhere. We are forever thankful for Dr. Rashid, and so grateful for his expertise and care.

Staff here at WakeMed Primary Care- North Raleigh has always been welcoming and friendly. I do not ever have to worry about a dirty room (which is a relief) and I believe for almost single visit that if the provider was late they have always been apologetic (there is no need for one to be inpatient and/or ugly towards our care team and their teammates when it comes to being seen by a medical professional and theyre tea, we are all in this together and really should practice patience ourselves). During this visit, it was just that; Dr. Rashid apologised for being late and I wanted to reassure him that it is no trouble at all and I truly appreciated his acknowledging being behind but again it is medical care and questions and other things happen so flexibility is best from both parties. He was thorough, listened to what I had to say and provided feedback that has helped with what I came in for. Thank you! PS: there was also an excellent student who was helping with care! (Name?!)

The upfront checkin was fast and friendly. The nurse was very efficient and very comforting. Dr. Rashid, as always, was attentive to my fear that I had a blood clot in my leg. I've had a [] previously, plus a [], so after a physical exam, he set up [] to rule out a blood clot. Thankfully, it was negative, but I really appreciated Dr. Rashid's conservative steps to make sure there was no threat of blood clot. I could not be more pleased with the care and attention that was given to me and my wife.
The nurse who took my vitals was patient and thorough. Dr Rashid answered my questions, took time to listen to my concerns and reviewed my vitamins with me which was very important bc I don't take meds. I would definitely see him again!

I was impressed with the amount of time Dr. Rashid was wlling to spend on an 'annual Medicare physical'. I was expecting something much more perfunctory. I had heard from others (with other doctors) tell how they went through a long list of questions on a prepared document and then were done. This was not what Dr. Rashid did. He conducted a probing discussion with follow-up questions and explanations as he felt necessary. Dr. Rashid was very professional and made me very comfortable during the appointment.
