I loved the energy and enthusiasm of Dr. Hicks. She was very supportive and positive about my care and answered my questions with care and with full understanding of my concern. She explained everything that was taking place currently and future exams. This was my first visit and I look forward to seeing her in the future. This was a very positive experience.

Overall I think the most effective thing was I didn’t have to wait long. I was checked in and seen by medical staff right away. Dr Hicks is outstanding! Even when I know I haven't been doing my best she tells me in a firm but good way. She always comes in with a smile and lifts my spirits. I never feel rushed and all of my concerns are always addressed.

The medical assistant was able to get me scheduled for my annual exam for this date after it was cancelled due to the doctor being out sick so i was very appreciative of her looking at the schedule closely and rescheduling before the end of the year! Kudos to her.

The individuals at the registration/check-in location were professional and very helpful. The nurse assistant that communicated with me before the visit was excellent. She was patient and kind. The visit was Dr. Hick was very thorough during my visit. I had many questions and she was detailed and efficient with her response. I had a pain in my arm and she examined the area, and made recommendations that have decreased the pain. Overall the visit was excellent and enjoyable.

At the end of my visit, Dr. Hicks , Samantha and Jessica made sure that I had what I needed to go home properly, I was her last patient and after working all day, they was patient with to get myself together. I needed to take medicine a certain. They didn't get mad with me, they made sure I had it the way that was easy for me. They did not rush me out of the exam room. I am forever grateful for that. These ladies were not selfish... they were wonderful.
The person that checked me in was great. Usually not so much. The assistant that checked my vitals was nit so personable. Dr Hicks always nice and professional. She understands my complaints and puts me at ease about how I feel sometimes.

Everything was great, but the nurse who checked me in (asked symptoms question, took blood pressure, etc.) was super friendly and really pleasant.
Sade, the clinical staff was great, efficient and friendly. Dr Hicks, also great. She always makes me feel included in my health plan. I just had a baby so coming back to see her for the first time in a while it’s like we didn’t even skip a beat. I really appreciate her and love having her as my PCP!
