Jennie was extremely friendly and knowlegable. She spent a long time with me, explaining everything in detail and answering every question I had. She really seemed to care. I've had many recent trips to WakeMed in Apex and Cary. Everyone I've dealt with has been exceptional.

I can't say enough positive things about the entire staff I come in contact with. Jennie is wonderful! She takes the time to explain in detail and in a manner I understand, any questions or concerns I have. She treats me with respect and kindness and concern. The front receptionist and the discharge receptionist are always friendly and Very efficient. The intake nurses have always been supportive and they listen to my responses to questions. Thanks for allowing my participation in this survey and my sincere thanks to the team at Wake Heart & Vascular.
